2002 - 2003 - A Winter's Tale
A return to Shakespearean Comedy, this story with magical elements played to the strengths of the group.
A Winter's Tale tells the story of a king that casts aside his wife and child, and a series of dramatic events unfold, including the most famous stage direction in history 'exit stage left pursued by a bear'. The play also has to show the passage of time over 16 years, which gave the company the chance to create a memorable dance piece.
This was performed at St. Peter's Church, Burnham, Beacon Centre, Beaconsfield and Norden Farm Arts Centre, Maidenhead.
